Spaces are limited and subject to availability at the time of booking.

The offer will be discontinued, once a certain number have been sold.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking, via the sales page only.

Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund, less a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Personalised Love Song

Once the song writing process has begun, this portion of the package is non-refundable.

Vocal Vibes have tier own terms and conditions.

House Rules

Standard Gypsy Life house rules apply to all bookings (details will be provided in your confirmation email).

No smoking inside the wagons.

No pets unless arranged in advance. No Children under 10.

Respect for the property, hosts, and fellow guests is expected at all times.

Liability

Guests stay at Gypsy Life at their own risk.

The owners will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during your stay.

Changes to Booking

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee.

Any upgrades or add-ons must be confirmed and paid for before arrival.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
